Another great thing about the program from Verge power yoga is that beyond class fees there is very little else you need to purchase. No special shoes or equipment, and if you have any experience with health clubs and classes you know how much all of that extra stuff can run you. All you need to begin classes is water, a towel, a good quality sticky yoga mat and an open mind. Thats it. Once you have these things you are ready to go.

The best thing is that I will never have to change places. In addition there is still almost every member from my class attending the school.
